Accidents Are Unknown to God...

In 2016 I had three incidents on the highway for which I am immensely grateful for God's care, love and protection.

In February,  I was out with a business associate viewing commercial premises for a business venture. After viewing one unsuitable property, the realtor recommended that we go and view another property a few miles away. We agreed that I would follow the gentleman on to this next location.

It was about noon on a glorious day and I was following him on the highway.  We were in the fast lane, the lane furthest away from the shoulder, traveling at about 70 mph.

Suddenly I hit something on the road.  Immediately my tire light came up flashing red saying tire pressure was low and it was moving rapidly from 30 downwards. I knew that I had no time to waste.

All I could think was, Oh Father help me!  I have no idea how this happened,  but in less than 30 seconds I made it across four lanes of fast traffic and onto the shoulder just as the warning light got to zero, at which point the vehicle came to a halt and would no longer move.

I know my Father Mother God took the wheel and kept me safe.

At first I was petrified, as I had no idea where I was and this was an industrial part of the state miles away from where I lived. I called the gentleman I was following and said I'd made it to the shoulder and he asked me to send him my location so he could come and change the tire. I did, and he arrived in no time. Then we discovered the severity of the situation. The tires on the right hand side of the vehicle were both ripped and as I only had one spare tire there was nothing he could do. He was astonished!  ‘What did you hit?’ he asked. I said I believed it was a huge hole that I didn't see, but I had no idea. The tow truck arrived shortly afterwards and there was no harm to me or the vehicle.

I was and I still am ever so grateful for God's guidance and protection. I knew God was with me and kept me safe and preserved my life.

In June another tire issue occurred. It was in another vehicle very late at night and a tire burst. I was able to call AAA and they arrived within minutes, put on my spare donut tire and I was able to get home safely on the highway on the donut tire by traveling very slowly and praying all throughout the 35 mile journey. I was calm and unafraid and knew that again I was safe in God's arms.

In August I had to drive to Charlotte and back in one day a 6 hour journey each way. It seemed like an impossible feat, but as I prayed I knew nothing was impossible to God and no harm would come to me. On the way back home after a successful meeting all day, late at night I became afraid.  I was very tired and it was very dark and due to construction on the highway; only one lane was open and I had no reception on my phone. I had stopped and refuelled and had a little nap earlier on, and spoken to a practitioner I was working with. I suddenly became very fearful and I began to pray. Several passages from the Bible and Science and Health came to mind and I finally calmed down. Then an angel message came to me to play hymns.  It ended up being a wonderful, glorious trip as I had lots of hymns in my collection of music.  I sang at the top of my lungs for hours and it felt as though all the heavens were singing with me!

It was such an amazing, indescribable experience, as I felt safe and loved. I never had to stop to refuel a second time as I had done on my way there, and I reached home with half a tank to spare. I felt loved and protected.

During all these highway experiences I grasped the concept of accidents being unknown to God and the fact that I was traveling on God's highway.

I have had no lingering resulting effects whatsoever and no further incidents, and I continue to use the highways on a daily basis.

Thank you God for your constant protection and for the reminder that there is no place where God is not.
