Actively Repudiation of Pain

After going out to lunch I began to feel a very tight pain in my digestive system, like something was tied round and being pulled tighter. I tried to ignore it, but it worsened and I felt so overwhelmed by it, I thought I’d go to bed. But I decided to try to do a bit of reading from a current Sentinel. I noticed a healing where the person did go to bed, but then realised it was not the relevant action.

So, I thought I would concentrate on what is the real essence of me and that obviously was not what seemed to be evidencing itself to me. That was the end of it!

An observation, which I found helpful, was also, that last autumn, (which was extremely mild), I observed that my forsythia shrub, which should normally flower in spring started to open a few flower buds. I was amazed. Then in early spring and I could see no fat flower buds, only narrow leaf buds and I thought oh dear It was tricked in the autumn and now there will be no flowers this spring.

However some weeks later I looked again and it was covered in beautiful yellow flowers. Somehow this helped me to see that the glorious wonder of God’s man is there, even if at first we don’t seem able to see it.
