I have stayed with one theme this year - "Love is reflected in Love" In so many ways I have found that instead of 'battling' with error we can dissolve the error by eliminating it through divine love. There have been many challenges, but I know that the first thing we have to do is to be at peace, and not give any power to the error we seem to be facing.
During the year I have been able to see more members of my family, and learn more of the activities of the next three generations - including two great grand-daughters aged six months - it is a joy to see their progress.
An improved understanding of family - God's love for all his children - enables us to work more effectively for our 'World Family' which is in great need of the concept of the fatherhood and motherhood of God. Knowing that we are continually held in the loving fatherhood and motherhood of God helps us in our spiritual journey - I am very grateful for the teachings of Christian Science.
