The best healing I can offer this year for the fruit basket is a healing of an itchy ear! It doesn’t sound much, but it was very persistent and irritating. Matters were not helped when at a social gathering I happened to hear a discussion between two people with a similar complaint who had ended up having to report daily to a doctor to have their ear hoovered out!
After a lot of prayer I finally really understood that what needed healing was an erroneous belief, and not an itchy ear. As I prayed to know how to heal, or remove, a false belief, the words that came to me were, “The way to extract error from mortal mind is to pour in truth through flood-tides of Love.” SH 210:17
With that I felt that the work had been done. Over the next few days I stayed with the feeling of gentle love that had come over me. I didn’t worry about it or give it any attention, and the whole thing gently faded away.
