Fishers (Poem)

Father I am your fisher,

Where should I cast my net?

My nets are repaired, the boats are ready to go.

I have felt your Love and need to share.

There are hardships and toil on life’s stormy seas,

But I’m a fisher of men, and will pray.

Father, I’m listening for your voice;

It gives me hope and directs my course.

Christ said, cast your nets on the right side.

I humbly obey and patiently wait.

The harvest’s abundant and ready to draw,

All will be blessed, and we will rejoice!
