Immense Gratitude & 'No Graven Images'

In the last wee while I have had two experiences that stand out specially that I would like to share.

The first was when I tripped at the top of a flight of stairs and fell down the length of them with my legs doubled up under me taking the full brunt of the fall. My husband heard the noise and came running asking if I was all right. I asked to just be still while I prayed quietly as I was not sure whether I would be able to stand.

I sat there affirming that I could not fall out of God's Love and care as a Spiritual idea and that accidents were unknown to Mind so could have no impact on His idea, man. Soon with help I was able to make my way to a chair and continue praying and before long was able to carry on as normal with the day's activities. Others suggested that an X-Ray would be a good idea but I was able to assure them that all was well, and it was. Some bruising soon went and there was no more to that experience but enormous gratitude.

Next, while away from home recently, my husband and I went out for dinner to a lovely restaurant, suddenly I began to feel very unwell. The next thing I knew was when I came round again. I heard someone say, “The ambulance is on its way! “. In their concern, the restaurant owner had called an ambulance and it was on its way! The man in the ambulance asked to talk to me and immediately I was able to assure him that I was fine and, so, they agreed there was no need to come. Shortly, we were able to pay our bill, leave the restaurant and walk home gently all the way rejoicing and actually being able to laugh at the extraordinary experience. This so lifted the concern that my dear husband was feeling which was important. I was so aware of God's Love surrounding and upholding us both including the dear restaurant folk too. I just kept rejoicing in that.

The next day the thing that kept coming to me when tempted to think back to the evening before was that there are no graven images! NO fear or memory of that experience could possibly be engraved in my consciousness or anyone else's as we all were already filled with God's idea of wholeness and perfection. I am so grateful for both of these experiences and for the assurance of God's constant care and love always. How blessed we are to have such a wonderful tool kit that meets our every need.
