Restoration (poem)

Out of the blue

A blow so devastating

Crushing, numbing.

Overwhelming waves

Of raw emotion.

Days of searching with

Nights of turmoil

And then unspeakable

Emptiness.

Redirection…..where?

Rebirth…..when?

Rebuild…..how?

Re establishing my relationship with God

Removing fear and pain

Reflecting the qualities of Spirit.

Repeating strong statements of Truth

Remembering man’s purity and innocence

Refuting the claims of failure.

Relying on the Shepherd’s guiding crook

Redirecting thought from sense to Soul

Remaining in the stillness of Mind.

Regaining the poise of Love

Remaining safe in angels’ feathered wings

Repose in the arms of the Father Mother.

Rejoicing in the energy of Life

Release from the chains of sense

Responding with steps of Principle.

Rejoicing in the progress of patience

Receiving with an open heart

Restoration.
